Medical Alumni Reunion 2004

Photographs by Stacy Geiken

Alumni and guests got a taste of the medical school's future at this year's reunion, May 7-8.

In addition to the usual field trips, dinners and parties, the event included interactive courses with faculty and students introducing the school's new curriculum.

Among the sessions: inserting a virtual IV, witnessing role play in the pediatric simulation center, and a crash course in information resources for physicians. Attendees were also on hand to celebrate the bestowal of the J.E. Wallace Sterling Distinguished Alumni Award on Ronald Levy, MD, '68. Stanford Medicine recognizes Levy's achievements with an article in this issue.
