MAY 3-5 -- 2001 Medical School Reunion. The Stanford Medical Alumni Association invites this year's reunion classes to return to campus and visit with friends, faculty and staff and participate in special programs and class events. This year the classes of 1951, 1956, 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986 and 1991 celebrate reunions. Also invited are senior alumni -- all alumni who graduated between 1938 and 1950. MAY 3 -- Senior Luncheon. The Stanford Medical Alumni Association invites all senior alumni -- those who graduated between 1938 and 1950 -- to a luncheon to kick off the reunion weekend. The event, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., will be hosted by Eugene A. Bauer, MD, Vice President, Stanford University Medical Center. The keynote speaker will be Halsted Holman, MD. MAY 5 -- Annual Spring CME Symposium. All medical school alumni are invited to attend the Stanford Medical Alumni Association CME Symposium, at Fairchild Auditorium, 8 a.m. to noon. The topic of symposium will be "What's New? Recent Advances in Research and Clinical Medicine." For more information, call Kaleo Waxman at the Alumni Relations Office, (650) 723-5064.

MAY 5 -- Dean's Cocktail Reception. The dean of the medical school, Philip Pizzo, MD, will host a cocktail reception in honor of all medical school alumni. The event will take place in the Rodin Sculpture Garden at the Iris & B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Registration details can be found in the reunion and symposium brochures mailed in March. JUNE 16 -- Class of 2001 Graduation Picnic. The Stanford Medical Alumni Association invites the graduates of the Medical School Class of 2001 and their families to a celebratory barbecue and picnic at the Stanford Golf Course.
